Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Diners Club credit and debit cards
  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Cash or card in person at our Chula Vista location for local pickup orders

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full when you place your order. Orders are confirmed once payment has cleared.

Secure Checkout

Online payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Sales Tax

California sales tax is charged on orders shipped to California addresses and on local pickups, at the rate for the delivery or pickup location. Orders shipped outside California are charged tax where we are required to collect it.

Order Verification

To protect against fraud, we may ask for additional verification on larger orders, or ship only to the billing address. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded.

Returned Checks

A $35.00 service charge applies to any returned check.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
