Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping or Pickup

You may cancel an order that has not yet shipped or been picked up by calling 619-271-5996 or emailing info@jdmofsandiego.com with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.

After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you refuse the delivery or return the unit, it is treated as a refused or returned order and charged a 35% restocking fee plus all original and return freight charges, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations by Us

If we cancel an order because a unit is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or the order could not be verified, you will receive a full refund.
